Overview

Salary: £35,000

Based at our head office at Five Ways in Birmingham, this role will lead on the planning and delivery of the retail marketing and comms plans for Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care. You will plan and ensure delivery of all our marketing activity from branch promotions and events, merchandising, CRM, PR and digital marketing to ensure that all activity is communicated effectively to our customers and branch teams via our different channels. You will also lead a small team to support you in delivering the customer focused marketing plan for our 165+ branches.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have experience in B2C marketing communications. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, creative and hardworking as well as being a great communicator, organised, and able to work independently, while working with the wider marketing team to deliver marketing plans that you have developed.

We are a nationally based opticians and hearing care business. With a Head Office in Birmingham and a local manufacturing facility, we support over 169 retail branches across England, Scotland and Wales. This is a family owned business, which has maintained a presence in the city since 1938, and we are expanding.
