Amour Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Executive to work for a great company based in Southampton.

This is a brand-new role and will be key in how the company communicates, promotes, and connects with customers. You’ll help deliver marketing activity that strengthens their brand, supports customer engagement, and aligns with national campaigns.

Duties include
  • Maintain consistent and engaging branding across all channels and locations.
  • Create compelling content: blogs, newsletters, social posts, and marketing copy.
  • Support websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Assist in planning and delivering exhibitions, open days, and promotional events.
  • Build and grow engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Track performance, research trends, and identify new marketing opportunities.
Personal requirements
  • Previous work experience is essential
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Travel regularly to all locations (car driver essential)
  • Experience in event planning or campaign coordination

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1730 (can be slightly negoatiable)

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
