About Us

LE Capital is a leading stock funding company specialising in providing fast, flexible financing solutions to used car dealerships across the UK. Our mission is to empower dealerships by offering a stock funding product that supports inventory growth and improves cash flow. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially-minded Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in driving our marketing activity.

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver and execute marketing strategies that promote LE Capital’s funding solutions to used car dealerships. This is a hands‑on, varied role covering content creation, campaign delivery, market research and partner marketing. The role is open to fully remote working and suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys ownership, collaboration and working in a growth‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
  • Create and develop marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, blog articles and social media content focused on funding solutions for used car dealerships.
  • Manage and update the LE Capital website and social media channels, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to produce compelling content that clearly communicates the value of our funding products.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Support the planning, delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media and digital advertising channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Build and nurture relationships with auction partners to support increased purchase volumes and brand visibility.
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
Market Research & Insight
  • Research industry trends, competitors and market opportunities within the used car dealership and automotive finance sectors.
  • Analyse data to support targeted marketing strategies for both existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintain and update a structured database of market intelligence and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three years’ marketing experience, ideally within the automotive or financial services sector.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo), social media management tools and CMS platforms (WordPress).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is desirable.
  • Previous experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively remotely.
