You will support the Marketing team in making strategic data-driven decisions by designing marketing reports and dashboards, conducting analysis for performance insights, and managing junior team members. Ideal candidates will have advanced analytics skills and proven experience with tools such as Power BI and SQL, along with strong communication abilities. Taylor & Francis Group have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Marketing Analytics team. We're looking for an individual who has a real curiosity about patterns in data and a passion for turning those patterns into actionable commercial information. This role would suit someone who is highly numerate with exceptional analytics skills, alongside the ability to communicate their insight to the wider business and make commercial recommendations. You'll be kept busy managing some of your own projects as well as supporting the rest of the team in ensuring that the Marketing department have the analytics and insights required to actively support their budget, targets and strategy planning.
