Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing site with related material and production planning background.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle and SAP.
  • Proficient in OA software, especially in Excel and Access.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good proficiency in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production schedule based on available capacity and order requirements.
  • Work with production to drive output on time and improve productivity.

As a Manufacturing Specialist you will work with purchasing to ensures that the right material can be received in right time to support the on time fulfillment.

As a Manufacturing Specialist you will be responsible for :
  • Managing the production schedule base on the available capacity and order requirements
  • Working with production to drive the output on time meanwhile to level production to support the productivity improvement
  • Working with cross function for any order expediting with material pull-in rescheduling and reallocation
  • Monitoring the material input to ensure the inventory level in proper level coordinate with purchasing team to balance the material supply & inventory replenishment
  • Working on SMI prevention and reduction regular review and take following actions to improve inventory turn
  • Initiating the activities for process continuous improvement

To be successful in this role you will :
  • Have experience in manufacturing site with related material & production planning background
  • Have good Oracle / SAP knowledge
  • Have good skill for OA software especially in Excel / Access
  • Have good communication skill
  • Have good English skill on both oral and writing
