Job summary

Back TO Work is seeking an IT Technician for a well-established North Yorkshire food and drink manufacturer. You will deliver essential technical support across production, warehouse, and office environments, ensuring systems run smoothly.

Training will be provided to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage Microsoft 365 tools, and support cyber security initiatives. The role offers development in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users across the business.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with user account management and password resets.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and cloud services.
• Monitor IT systems and report issues to senior staff.
• Assist with software deployments, updates, and patch management.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets and support tickets.
• Support cyber security initiatives and policy adherence.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Provide support for manufacturing and OT systems when required.
