Job summary

Back TO Work is assisting a well-established food and drink manufacturer in North Yorkshire to recruit an IT Technician.

You will provide essential technical support across production, warehouse, and office environments, install and troubleshoot devices, manage user accounts, and assist with cyber security initiatives while developing your IT career in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Provide first-line technical support to users across the business.

• Support Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based services.
• Monitor IT systems and report potential issues to senior IT staff.
• Assist with software deployments, updates, and patch management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and system procedures.
• Support cyber security initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Provide support for manufacturing and operational technology systems where required.
