Job summary

Back TO Work in North Yorkshire is seeking a motivated IT Technician to provide essential technical support across production, warehouse and office environments. You will install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices, support Microsoft 365 and monitor systems while assisting with cyber security and IT projects.

• Monitor IT systems and report potential issues to senior IT staff.

• Support cyber security initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
