Job summary

E3 Recruitment in Huddersfield is seeking a capable IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day IT support across the business, resolving hardware, software and system issues, and maintaining Microsoft 365 and user accounts.

You will help maintain IT infrastructure, monitor security, support business applications, and troubleshoot with a proactive, customer-focused approach; the role offers a stable, long-term career in a well-established manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Technician role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Good understanding of Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day IT support to users across the business.
• Resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
• Assist with the maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers, and virtual environments.
• Monitor systems, security tools, and ensure devices remain up to date.
• Support business applications, reporting tools, and network connectivity.
