The Opportunity & The Company

We\'re hiring a Manufacturing Facilities Manager to lead strategic and day–to–day operations across a busy UK manufacturing site. This is a hands–on leadership role focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The Role & The Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a 3–year rolling facilities plan
  • Lead capital projects and facility upgrades
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Supervise and develop facilities and maintenance staff
  • Monitor costs and identify savings opportunities
  • Implement preventive maintenance and emergency plans
  • Drive continuous improvement and support site excellence
  • Develop and optimise CMMS systems
  • Conduct inspections and risk assessments
  • Prepare reports for senior management
The Person What We\'re Looking For
  • Strong facilities management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of LOTO, PUWER, and contractor control
  • Health & Safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) – desirable
  • Proven track record in capital expenditure delivery
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • HND / HNC in a relevant discipline – desirable
