About You

You'll be an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys being close to manufacturing and understands how products are built in reality, not just on paper. You'll be comfortable spending time on the shop floor, observing processes, and turning what you see into tangible improvements. A background in mechanical engineering and assembly-based manufacturing is essential, along with a practical, problem-solving mindset and the confidence to work collaboratively with production teams.

What's On Offer

This is an opportunity to join a business at an exciting point in its growth, with significant investment, a new product introduction, and the chance to play a key role in shaping how manufacturing is delivered at site level.
