A well-established tour operator in Central London is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Travel Account and Operations Executive. Responsibilities

Main duties:

  • To be the main point of contact with clients, building relationships with the aim to increase sales while ensuring tour operations are managed efficiently.
  • Develop a relationship with clients to understand their needs, ensuring the products are best suited to increase sales and growth in the Far East.
  • Understand the client’s sales cycle to ensure quotes are relevant.
  • Support the Far East Sales Team in meeting client requirements, ensuring the best product is offered to maximise sale.
  • Responsible for preparing itineraries, costings and quotes.
  • Ensure offers are competitive and profitable.
  • Resolve client queries as needed.
  • Additional tasks may include: supporting the client during a tour, ensuring itineraries, documents, and hotel placements are checked; provide 24-hour emergency assistance; support team members.
  • Following a successful probation period, this position is offered on a hybrid working system.
