The Opportunity

As Managing Director, you will:

• Lead day-to-day operations across rooms, dining, spa, and events, ensuring world-class, five-star standards.
• Drive commercial performance through strategic sales, marketing, and financial leadership.
• Oversee major refurbishment and estate development projects with minimal disruption to guest experience.
• Inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing team culture built on excellence, accountability, and warmth.
