Job description

Managing Director - Dubai

The role is responsible for the full performance of our clients media agency. That includes commercial results, client satisfaction, team capability, operational standards, and the long-term growth agenda. This is a genuine leadership role, not an account lead dressed up as one.

The right person will have run a media agency or a significant business unit before.

They must understand how to manage a P&L, set a growth strategy, and create systems that keep the agency delivering at a high standard.

They will be accountable for new business, organic growth, and retaining key clients. They must be able to step into senior-level conversations with authority and handle complex client needs without escalation.

Leadership is non-negotiable. They need to build, manage, and develop high-performing teams. That includes setting expectations, raising capability, and creating a culture where people deliver consistently.

They must be comfortable making decisions, handling pressure, and setting a clear direction for the agency.

The search is open to candidates currently inside media agencies as well as those who have moved client-side or into platforms and want to return to agency leadership. International experience is valued.

Experience managing an office, region, or practice carries more weight than global-only client exposure.

Compensation will be aligned once a suitable candidate is identified.
