We’re looking for a Managing Consultant to join Shirley Parsons – a dynamic leadership and sales role for ambitious professionals ready to combine personal sales excellence with inspirational team leadership. What You’ll Do
- Team Growth : Drive expansion in Gross Profit and yield through strategic recruitment and development.
- Sales Excellence : Achieve personal sales targets and ensure team goals are consistently met.
- People Development : Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members across the full employee lifecycle.
- Cross-Business Collaboration : Promote and contribute to sales and lead generation across all group companies.
- Deliver robust business plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and expand client accounts, managing major accounts (£40k+ quarterly placements).
- Ensure effective use of systems (Mercury, LinkedIn, job boards) for lead generation and performance tracking.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and succession planning.
- Oversee marketing materials and maintain compliance with company policies and Health & Safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in specialist recruitment or sales with a proven track record.
- Experience managing a team across recruitment, development, and retention.
- Strong knowledge of database systems and compliance requirements.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and commercially aware.
- Education : 4 GCSEs (including English, Maths, ICT) and 2 A-levels required.
- (Bonus : Budget preparation, previous agency experience, degree.)
