Responsibilities

  • Draft Board Resolutions for bank purposes.
  • Collect loan statements monthly for analysis.
  • Facilitate payment of dues as per sanction letter.
  • Keep records of bank liabilities.
  • Renew credit reports of companies/projects.
  • Draft letters for financial institutions.
  • Prepare financial reports for banks.
  • Knowledge of different types of FC Accounts.
  • Knowledge of various bank charges and rates.

Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Look after loan accounts regarding renewal/enhancement on case-to-case basis
  • Preparation, collection and submitting of documents to the banks
  • Preparation of up to date stock reports of all the projects
  • Preparation of Board Resolution for bank and other purposes
  • Collection of all statements of loan accounts on monthly basis for check and analysis
  • Facilitate payment of dues against instalment as per sanction letter
  • Keeping up to date record of bank liabilities
  • Renewal of up to date credit report of all companies/projects
  • Drafting of letters for financial institutions, govt, semi-govt and other organizations
  • Preparation of Various financial reports as per bank requirement
  • Knowledge of different types of FC Account
  • Knowledge of different types of Bank charges and Rates
Functional Skill
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, RJSC compliance, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
