Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee agile delivery and coordinated release management across multiple systems and platforms
• Plan and execute integrated release schedules, including environment readiness, cutover planning, rollback procedures, and audit‑compliant documentation
• Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑location teams, ensuring smooth handovers, on‑call coverage, and effective communication between time zones
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and ensure adherence to Definition of Ready/Done
• Manage release calendars, CAB submissions, UAT processes, and post‑release reporting
• Track and prioritise defects, technical debt, operational risks, and resource constraints
• Communicate scope, risks, impacts, and release outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders
• Support disaster‑recovery planning, execution, and continuous improvement of delivery processes

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager in complex, multi‑system environments (e.g., ERP, CTRM, web, or bespoke applications)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CAB processes, and auditable release frameworks
• Proven ability to lead multi‑team releases across geographically distributed locations
• Skilled in UAT orchestration, stakeholder engagement, and sign‑off processes
• Familiarity with software development practices, infrastructure, and modern release tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps/TFS)
