Job description
Your new role

In this key role you will have responsibility for ensuring programs in the North & West Victoria region run smoothly and meet Unitings goals. It supports Unitings 2030 Strategy to help reduce poverty, trauma and disadvantage. You will manage a wide range of services making sure they are well-connected, efficient and meet safety, quality and financial standards.

As a senior leader you will help shape policies and programmes, ensure strong performance across contracts and budgets, and lead improvements in how services are delivered. You will work with internal and external groups to help with tenders, advocacy and evaluations, and build strong relationships, including with the Uniting Church Presbytery and Congregations.

  • Be present on the ground, mentoring and coaching staff.
  • Help shape how care is delivered and make a difference at scale.
  • SCHADS Level 8 Full Time Ongoing based in Horsham.

Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor level in relevant professional discipline such as social work, psychology or social science and/or significant experience and willingness for further study (required).
  • Masters level in Psychology and Social Work or equivalent (desirable).
