A recruitment agency based in Leeds seeks an experienced Manager to lead their Hospitality & Catering team. You will enhance business performance, drive sales, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in business development and team leadership within the sector. This role includes full P&L responsibility and the opportunity to mentor a high-caliber team, alongside benefits like bonuses and a company car.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager to lead our client's existing and established team in their hugely successful branch based in Leeds. You will be accountable for maximising the business performance of the Hospitality & Catering team to increase its current success recruiting across a huge geographical boundary.
You will be a strong leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You will be working to create, develop and retain a high-calibre sales and service delivery team, to ensure they gain a competitive advantage and enhance their market share.
You will deliver effective forecasting and budgeting, ensuring business objectives are accomplished, whilst ensuring your team deliver a first class recruitment service and the highest possible quality standards are adhered to.

The Successful Candidate:
You will have past experience of developing and sustaining new business, experience of mentoring a high-calibre sales team preferably within the Hospitality & Catering sector and will be commercially-focused, passionate and responsive, with the ambition and drive to succeed.
