Overview

Responsibilities include working with manufacturers for continuous improvements and R&D, managing CE / Government approvals to ensure business and products are compliant, conducting regular equipment batch testing to maintain quality, and providing technical feedback for marketing, sales and supplier development for warranty rates and continuous improvement.

Support marketing, sales and supplier development with technical recommendations and specifications for existing and new products. Develop partnerships with key product suppliers / manufacturers / product managers. Create, update and maintain RAMS for new and existing products. Create processes and procedures for the PDI department. Inspect returned parts and equipment in line with warranty procedures. Manage Quarantined stock / repairs. About you: You will need to be able to commute between our Head Office (Training Centre) and Warehousing sites (a vehicle will be supplied). Prior experience of working in or knowledge of a technical training environment is desirable. LOCATION - Leicester/Manchester/Leeds/London. Various levels - up to Principal.
