A leading HR tech company in Greater London is seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to drive pipeline and revenue generation through tailored campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABM in a B2B setting, excellent communication skills, and experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. This full-time role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and sales goals.

Execute account-based programs for target verticals to drive pipeline across all demand generation channels (outbound emails ads gifting virtual / physical events etc.)
Launch and manage ads within the ABM platform and social channels for specific sales accounts (1 : Few and 1 : 1) to drive net‑new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities
Build content hubs tailored to specific verticals personas and accounts
Use ABM platforms to gather intent data that informs campaigns and helps sales / partners prioritise outreach
Develop nurture programs for key accounts and consistently engage them with intentional messaging in partnership with Enterprise sellers and BDRs
Align with marketing and sales to ensure ABM campaigns match current priorities messaging and goals
Analyse and report on the full impact of ABM campaigns including meetings booked pipeline influenced and revenue generated
Continuously measure improve and optimise ABM programs using industry best practices
Communicate regularly with sales marketing and customer teams to share visibility on planned and active initiatives
23 years of ABM experience within a B2B organisation
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales BD Field Marketing Digital and Demand Gen
Strong Salesforce Marketo and LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across internal and external teams
Strong problem‑solving analytical and research skills
Experience in the ecommerce ecosystem is a plus
Willingness to travel and attend field events when needed
