Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic communications and digital experience expert to take ownership of designing, executing, and evolving all Entain-wide Internal Communications (IC) Channels. In this role, you'll be accountable for both tactical delivery (80%) and strategic planning (20%) of our global IC platforms, channels (incl hybrid events) and tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement of internal communication channels, leveraging new technologies and trends to enhance employee engagement.
- Own and optimise Entain.Me, managing platform performance, UX, content, technical issues, and training teams to self‑manage content.
- Plan, produce, and deliver global hybrid and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement as the company's IC expert.
- Align IC channels with HR, People Services, IT, and other business priorities, integrating tools and initiatives for maximum impact.
- Track, analyse, and report on IC performance, providing actionable insights and optimising content and channel effectiveness.
- Serve as an internal communications subject matter expert, supporting planning, content creation, execution, measurement, and team development.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, implement best practices, and empower the business with self‑serve resources and IC platform expertise.

Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of internal communication channels and best practices, including the use of Microsoft products in delivering SharePoint, Viva, and Power products.
- Technology savvy, self‑starter with a passion for project work, leading and driving initiatives.
- Strong business insight and judgment to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Strong expertise in digital communication platforms and tools, with a deep understanding of user experience and engagement metrics.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong understanding and expertise of Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Viva, and Teams used in internal communications and engagement.
- Good creative, technical, and platform knowledge to create and deliver brilliant content in a compelling way through the appropriate channel including intranet, video, print, digital and social media.
