  • Advise senior management on corporate strategy, policy, and operational issues.
  • Support the implementation of change initiatives, including digital transformation, restructuring, and mergers.
  • Deliver insights on best practices, governance frameworks, and performance management systems.
• Risk Management & Compliance
  • Identify and assess financial, operational, and strategic risks affecting the organisation.
