Scope of the Role

Overseeing the preparation of management accounts (including chart of accounts), P&L, balance sheets, and other reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Including cost centre analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• COGS, waste, in‑logs & out‑logs (including temp P&L) – P&L & BS analysis.
• Liaising with department managers to provide financial support and interpret financial data for non‑financial personnel.
• Input into budget and forecasting processes.
• Identifying and assessing business risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining financial controls.
• Cross‑train on all other areas of management accounts to ensure full holiday and illness cover across the team.
• Help the transactional finance team as and when the business requires.
