Overview

The Company

Axon Moore is partnering with a global FMCG business in West Manchester. Due to continued growth they require a commercially astute individual with strong management accounts experience to join their growing finance team. This role will suit an ambitious Part Qualified Accountant, looking for that next step up in their career.

Salary - Circa £40,000
Location - Trafford Park.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a set of accounts from end to end, comfortable posting accruals and prepayments, tax, fixed assets, leases, payroll etc.
• Prepare and maintain a fixed asset register in each company
• Variance analysis of the P&L and margin analysis of sales.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Prepare and file VAT returns.
• Intercompany reconciliations between parent and subsidiaries across multiple currencies
• Reconciling all balance sheet control accounts; PAYE, VAT, Wages, stock etc.

Person Specification

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• ACCA/CIMA PQ or QBE.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a fast paced, forever changing environment
