A UK wide specialist Technology group based in Selby is seeking a CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified management accountant/financial accountant to join their growing finance team.

This newly created position reports directly to the Financial Controller and offers a unique mix of commercial finance and financial reporting responsibilities. You'll work alongside a team of experienced accountants, producing monthly management accounts, board packs, and commentary, while providing strategic financial insight to support business-critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and board-level reporting.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure budgets and forecasts are met.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial advice to influence decision‑making.
• Develop strong relationships across departments to support business performance.
• Take on project‑based work, including opportunities to work directly with the CFO.

Ideally your current/previous experience will include

• CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified or finalist.
• Proven success as a Management Accountant or Financial Accountant.
• Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
