Overview

Kerry Robert Associates is working on behalf of a rapidly expanding hotel management company to recruit a Management Accountant for their growing finance team near the Hayes & Harlington area (Greater London).

About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will initially be responsible for overseeing the finances of two full-service upscale hotels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality finance professional looking not only for career progression but also flexibility thanks to its hybrid working pattern.

Requirements
  • You must have a UK finance AND hospitality background to be considered for this job.
  • Proven experience at producing and reviewing management accounts.
  • Confident at handling all aspects of P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage accruals prepayments VAT and bank reconciliation journals.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
  • A forward-thinking person who embraces technology
  • IT proficient in hotel PMS / EPOS systems
  • A motivated individual capable of working as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
