Overview

Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a fast growing, e-commerce business in South Manchester. Due to continued growth they require a commercially astute Management Accountant with strong Excel skills to join their tight-knit finance team.

Salary - Circa £45,000

Location - South Manchester

Hybrid - 4 days in 1 working from home.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements as well as financial analysis.
• Perform month-end processes that ensure all monthly adjustments and reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.
• Support financial planning cycle and scenario planning with key stakeholders across the business.
• Facilitate and work with Merchandise teams on inventory control and management.
• Ensuring financial due-diligence and control with constant review of financial processes and system to ensure effective cost-savings, continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Responsible for all HMRC, VAT and Tax submissions.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills.
• ACCA/CIMA PQ/Finalist or QBE.
• Finance system super user - Sage experience desirable not essential.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Previous experience of working within wholesale and/ or e-commerce is highly desirable.
