A caring outreach service is seeking male Support Workers in the West of England to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism. CJP Outreach Service is looking for caring, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Support Workers. In this rewarding role, you’ll help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge to live fulfilling lives, achieve their goals, and build essential life skills.
We’re looking for people with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge, ideally within community-based settings such as supported living or residential care.
Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a real advantage.
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs, promoting independence, building life skills, and encouraging positive outcomes—all while fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
