Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a rewarding role where your work truly matters? At Wilderness Way, we provide safe and comfortable homes for young people, and we need a hands-on professional to help maintain and improve our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our properties.
  • Work on a variety of tasks, from joinery and plumbing to decorating and grounds maintenance.
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children.
  • Collaborate with our team and contractors to deliver high-quality repairs.
  • Take the lead on planned works and support the estates team with surveys and maintenance planning.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance or construction.
