The Maintenance Team Leader will lead a small multi‑disciplinary maintenance shift team, ensuring compliance with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and efficient execution of reactive maintenance tasks. Acting as the first point of escalation for all technical issues, this role ensures operational continuity and safety across the resort.
