The Role

As part of our exciting growth we’re seeking a proactive Maintenance Team Leader to help keep our operations running seamlessly. If you’re a natural problem solver with a passion for both planned and reactive maintenance, this is your chance to join a growing team and make a real impact!

What you will be doing as a Maintenance Team Leader
  • Minimising downtime, enhancing equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.
  • Lead and support a team of Engineers identifying any development needs and managing time and attendance.
  • Ensure that work is prioritised and issued to the site engineers on a daily basis and that all maintenance duties are carried out to company standards and follow the Company’s Health and Safety procedures.
  • Provide the Operations Team with full and effective cover for breakdowns, projects and planned preventative maintenance, in order to improve the site OEE and wastage KPIs.
  • Ensure that the department carries out any planned preventative maintenance. The working environment will necessitate the setting of priorities, monitoring progress against schedules and rescheduling as necessary.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring breakdowns and reduce operational bottlenecks.
