What youll be doing
  • Operating and maintaining all electrical mechanical and HVAC equipment and systems under a rigorous change management system to maintain 100% uptime availability.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting all site / plant equipment support systems to include logging and responding to incidents / events problems changes monitoring problem escalation / notification / resolution and all other aspects of site support (mechanical electrical HVAC generators fire alarms and suppression etc).
  • Utilising maximum capabilities of all operational systems including BMS PMS CMS
  • Managing a team and any sub-contracted resources as necessary to deliver a safe and quality service to the Business.
  • Management and coordination of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule activity.

Good post qualification experience including a supervisory role.

Experience in troubleshooting / repair of low & medium voltage electrical systems

Experience in troubleshooting / repair of mechanical / HVAC systems

Knowledge and ability to apply safe electrical practices according to guidelines / regulations set by relevant national electrical safety supervisory bodies

Your skills and attitude

Experience of maintaining Pumps HVAC Systems Compressors Boilers steam systems and ancillary services (DHW skids) Chillers Cooling Towers Clean steam Boilers Purified Water Systems CIP systems Low / Medium voltage Electrical Systems UPS Generators and other associated systems

Significant knowledge of and experience of working to international HSE standards

Previous experience managing a small team

Experience of operating in a customer facing role and dealing with technical problems in challenging situations
