A public sector client in Hampshire is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join their Property Services Team. The successful candidate will deliver effective Repairs & Maintenance services, conduct inspections and surveys, and manage contractors to ensure quality standards. Required qualifications include a Diploma in Surveying and relevant professional membership. The role offers competitive pay at £35 per hour via Umbrella LTD inside IR35. A client within the Public Sector based in Hampshire is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their Property Services Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing repairs and maintenance environment.
To deliver an effective and efficient Repairs & Maintenance service, carrying out pre- and post-inspections, technical surveys, and providing detailed reports to support responsive repairs, voids, cyclical works and complex building issues. The role will ensure works are delivered to quality standards, within budget, and in line with statutory and health & safety requirements.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £35 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £25 per hour PAYE).
