Maintenance Surveyor

Cornwall

Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour

Day to Day duties of the Maintenance Surveyor
  • Carry out day to day repair/ Damp and mould surveys for social housing stock
  • Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements
  • Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works
Requirements for the role (Skills & Qualifications)
  • Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
  • Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
  • Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
  • Experience with damp and mould
