Link Contracting Services LTD is seeking a proactive Contract Coordinator to join our team in Wigan. The role focuses on planning and coordinating reactive maintenance across regional and national contracts, ensuring SLAs are met and customers receive excellent service.

You will schedule engineers, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and maintain accurate job updates and reports. The position is a full-time, in-person role with a 40-hour week and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Coordination, Scheduling, Planning or Helpdesk role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate reactive maintenance work orders.
• Schedule engineers and subcontractors efficiently.
• Arrange out-of-hours works with customers and operatives.
• Ensure planned workloads and minimise travel time for engineers.
• Monitor workloads and resource availability.
• Liaise with operational managers to schedule planned maintenance works.
• Act as the main point of contact for reactive maintenance works.
• Ensure jobs are completed within contractual SLAs.
• Update client and internal systems with notes, ETAs and progress updates.
• Monitor stalled or partial jobs to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage supervision attention jobs and coordinate resolutions.
• Liaise with clients, retail sites and contract managers.
• Provide regular updates on work progress and uplift approvals when needed.
• Maintain contractor relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Process and submit estimates and quotations.
• Complete work order administration and job updates.
• Review engineer reports for required information before invoicing.
• Produce and maintain contract performance reports.
• Monitor work-in-progress and progress efficiently through the system.
