RG Setsquare is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator in Manchester to ensure efficient delivery of reactive and planned maintenance services. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage POs and invoices, and maintain records to meet service targets.

The role focuses on monitoring performance, analysing KPIs, and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, scheduling, or facilities management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate subcontractors for maintenance works.
• Raise purchase orders and manage invoices.
