SEE Services Ltd is hiring a Maintenance Controller in Greater London to coordinate reactive maintenance and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. You will log requests, schedule engineers and subcontractors, manage access, and prepare permits and RAMS as needed.

You will maintain accurate records in CAFM systems, review documentation, and support procurement by tracking materials. Expect inclusion in an on-call rota approximately every six weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance, scheduling and labour control.
• Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.

Responsabilités

• Log maintenance requests from clients and provide updates on ongoing jobs.
• Schedule and allocate work to engineers and subcontractors to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate appointments and engineer diaries, including access arrangements.
• Prepare permits to work and RAMS where required.
• Maintain records in CAFM systems and client portals.
• Review engineer paperwork and close out jobs efficiently.
• Order and track materials with procurement.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota (approx. 1 in 6).
