Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipework, fixtures, and water systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimise disruption.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Complete accurate job records, including maintenance logs and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams, providing technical advice and support when required.
