Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule responsive repair works for operatives and subcontractors.
• Monitor and update job statuses daily.
• Ensure operatives use and update PDAs correctly.
• Act as a communication link between residents and maintenance teams.
• Manage operatives’ diaries and prioritise emergency work.
