Salary: £41,000+ depending on experience per annum

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. The right candidate will be pivotal to our success and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate's skills and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all facility maintenance and repair needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Manage the safety of the building and grounds, including the implementation of safety procedures and regulations
  • Develop and implement security protocols to protect the facility and its contents
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the facility staff
  • Develop and manage the facility budget
  • Ensure that the facility is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
