About the Location

Opened 1999 • 100 bedrooms • 65-seater Bar & Grill • 8 private event spaces - largest seats up to 150. About The Role

Role: Maintenance Manager, Malmaison

Salary: Competitive Salary, Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development

Contract: Permanent - 45 hours per week

Location: Leeds

You will take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities, and the management of the maintenance team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and guest expectations are met during their stay.

You will allocate responsibilities to the team, complete the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things. You must meet deadlines, liaise with contractors, and take responsibility for health and safety on property. You should be organized, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on manager with strong attention to detail. Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required; knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial. Computer literacy is key for compliance and audits.
