Job summary

A leading tool manufacturer in Fradley seeks a Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to take ownership of site maintenance and facilities. The role requires 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, and a HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering. Qualifications

  • 5 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, ideally with CNC machinery.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing plant and equipment.
  • Plan and deliver preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives including automation and digitisation.
