Overview

Responsibilities

• Keeping production running through smart problem solving.
• Doing PPM properly, not ticking boxes to keep the system quiet.
• Fault finding across conveyors, packaging kit, pumps, sensors and services.
• Supporting projects, installs and improvement ideas.
• Working with Ops like adults, not rivals.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled experience within manufacturing, ideally food or FMCG.
• Confident with electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• PLC awareness would help, Siemens even better.
• Calm, reliable, communicates well.
• Someone who wants to take ownership and make things better.
