Location: Telford
Shift: Nights, 4 on 4 off (7pm - 7am, static shift)
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 per annum

About the Role as a Maintenance Engineer:
Our client is experiencing exciting growth and expansion and they re looking for a mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer (70% mechanical, 30% electrical) to join their night shift team. This permanent role operates on a 4 on, 4 off static rota from 7pm to 7am. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical skills complemented by electrical knowledge, playing a vital role in maintaining efficient and reliable production.

Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, focusing mainly on mechanical systems with electrical duties as required

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance best practices

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Work closely with the team to meet production and maintenance goals
