Maintenance Engineer

Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 45 hours per week

The role – genuinely varied, genuinely impactful
  • Hands‑on maintenance, fault‑finding and optimisation of state‑of‑the‑art equipment: automated irrigation networks, precision climate‑controlled growing environments, high‑speed crop handling and packing lines, plus on‑site renewable energy systems.
  • Driving continuous improvement projects that directly affect output, efficiency and sustainability.
  • Full ownership of key mechanical systems across multiple modern sites.
  • Collaborating with operations and agronomy teams in a fast‑moving, results‑focused environment.
