4 on / 4 off – Days & Nights (7 AM – 7 PM)

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead and execute maintenance tasks to keep production flowing smoothly
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on extrusion, injection, and stretch blow moulding equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve faults quickly to minimise downtime
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineers and other departments for seamless operations
  • Carry out planned maintenance and repairs across all plant and site equipment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of UK‑based Maintenance Engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of blow moulding machinery (extrusion, injection, or stretch) preferred
  • Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of health & safety and environmental standards
  • A proactive problem‑solver with a team‑first attitude
  • Right to work in the UK – no visa sponsorship available
