Maintenance & Facilities Engineer – Bromsgrove Area – Permanent

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing business that is expanding their operations. This role is ideal for someone hands‑on, who enjoys problem solving and is confident working with a variety of production machinery.

The Role

• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and facility equipment.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Support process improvements and hands‑on trials.
• Create and update SOPs, equipment documentation, and process flows.
• Set up and maintain filling machines, labellers, conveyors and related assets.
• Work closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams.

Experience & Skills

• Apprenticeship trained with HNC/HND or equivalent.
• Strong maintenance and troubleshooting background.
• Comfortable with a wide range of production machinery.
• Good understanding of process engineering fundamentals.
• Advantageous: ISO/QMS experience, RCA tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA), SPC/Lean Six Sigma.
