A property management company in Greater London is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to be the primary contact for tenants. Responsibilities include troubleshooting maintenance issues, fostering relationships with property managers, and ensuring good service delivery. Ideal candidates will be confident communicators with a problem-solving mindset and a detail-oriented approach. This role is full-time and requires an office presence.
To work as part of a team of Maintenance Specialist as the first point of contact for your Tenants, responsible for arranging reactive repairs for our managed portfolio of properties. Working closely with your team to achieve our business plan whilst providing a service that feels like it’s part of the local Property Management Teams and treats every customer as if they were our only one.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm - based in the office
Location: TW13
As part of the Maintenance Team, you will provide consistently excellent service to support Property Managers to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.
