Overview

Machine Operator - Nights — Temporary or Temporary to Permanent contract. Location: Andover. Shift: Monday to Friday 22:00–06:00 (flexible days available). Salary: £15–£18 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include paid breaks, 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 with service, pension scheme, free parking, tea and coffee facilities, and opportunities for progression.

  • Move finished products using pump trucks or forklift if qualified.
  • Print out labels to ensure traceability.
  • Quality check finished goods by weighing and stress testing (full training provided).

Requirements
  • Experience in a production environment, ideally with machine operating, is desirable.
  • You will be trained on the day shift for approximately 3 weeks, then move to nights for the remainder of the year, with the potential to transfer to a permanent day shift if desired.
